Should I present my Bargain Barn Radio ID/Membership Card when picking up my certificates?
Yes. Please be prepared to show your Bargain Barn ID or other form of photo identification when picking up your certificates at the WLSC offices or at any of our On The Road Shows or "Hey Rides". This will assure us you are getting exactly what you ordered
You are allowed to pick up orders for family members or friends, but only if you can present that person's Bargain Barn ID.
Does The Bargain Barn Do Mail Order?
Yes. To qualify, you must spend a minimum of $20 per call. A handling fee of $2.00 will be added to your order. Full payment must be received within one week of the date of your call. Upon receipt of payment, your certificate(s) will be mailed.
If you would like to charge your purchases to your credit card, you must first register your credit card. Your certificate(s) will be processed and mailed to your home, usually within 48 hours.
The Bargain Barn, WLSC or Banana Jack Murphy Productions LLC are not liable for orders that are delayed, lost or stolen.
What About Expiration Dates?
All Bargain Barn certificates must be redeemed before the expiration date. No exchanges will be given on any expired certificates. The Bargain Barn will also not extend any expiration date.
What If I Lose A Certificate?
Let's hope that never happens. Lost, stolen, torn and expired certificates have no value. Once you have possession of a certificate, it is your responsibility to ensure it's kept in a safe place until you're ready to use it. Certificates cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
Are There Any Restrictions On My Certificates?
All Bargain Barn certificates are subject to any restrictions or conditions listed on them. Examples of such restrictions or conditions might include: "One certificate per table, good Sunday through Thursday only, Blackout Dates apply, not valid on sale items, etc."
These restrictions must be observed. Before purchasing gift certificates please review them by asking The Bargain Barn host or an associate of The Bargain Barn, WLSC or Banana Jack Murphy Productions LLC to explain any restrictions.
In the unlikely event of a complication involving a Bargain Barn certificate, please contact the offices of The Bargain Barn rather than the business in question. This will help you rapidly resolve any issue. Our number is 843-756-1183 or 843-222-4652.
We suggest that you try not to use a certificate every time you visit a given business. We also encourage you to try different businesses heard on our program. Keep in mind that The Bargain Barn Shopping Show exists to introduce you to new businesses and to help you save BIG BUCKS! Whenever you can, please spend over and above the value of your gift certificate. Try to be a repeat customer. We suggest not using more than one certificate at the same business in a 30 day period. Remember Everybody Wins!
What About Your Exchange Policy?
If a valid Bargain Barn certificate doesn't work, please contact us prior to the expiration date listed on the certificate. At our option we'll exchange it for another certificate of equal purchase price. For example, if you purchased a $10 certificate for $6 dollars, you would be credited $6 towards the purchase of another certificate(s).
Tip: When using certificates requiring a reservation, we suggest you try to plan ahead. Don't Wait Until The Last Minute. This should help prevent any problems.
If you have any questions about this policy, please ask a Bargain Barn Radio Show host or sales associate. Our office number is 843-756-1183 or send an e-mail to info@bargainbarnradio.com

When you are using a certificate at a restaurant or business where a gratuity is expected, make sure you leave a tip. The minimum acceptable tip is 15% of the total retail value of the bill. We believe that a tip of 20% would be even better. Remember...Everybody Wins!
